LIVING

The upper level is the main living area with kitchen, living and dining area. This is where you will find the 2nd story covered deck with a great view of the sunset and surrounds, a BBQ and an extendable table with seating for 8.

The kitchen is spacious with lots of workspace and has a large fridge and pantry for families.

At the top of the stairs a safety gate is present to keep kids and dogs safe.

SLEEPING

The upper level has 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom has access to the wrap around balcony and you will wake to a lovely view of the gum trees and birdcalls. The second bedroom has bunks and a single bed with a pull-out trundle (sleeping 4). Both rooms share a bathroom upstairs with a shower over the bath.

DOWNSTAIRS

The lower level has the 3rd (Q Size) bedroom and a bathroom/laundry combination with stand-up shower and extra toilet.

Downstairs you will also find an additional lounge area with 2 couches for relaxing. TV, Xbox with games, DVDs, books and board games are provided. This room is the main access to the house and has plenty of space to securely store sports equipment like surf boards etc.

You will also find a second covered seating area, perfect for watching the kids play outside or for a cooler shaded area on hot days.

PARKING & YARD

The house has a large well secured yard where you can park your car or boat. Some undercover parking beneath the deck and lots of parking on the grass outside the yard. The outside area has places where bikes etc. can be stored or chained up (BYO bike locks) out of the weather.

PETS

Dogs are welcome to visit our property, but we request you notify us first.

Please be sensible and prevent them from causing damage or sleeping on carpet or furniture.

The yard has a high fence and gates to keep dogs safe, however there are fastenings on the walls if you should wish to tie them up under cover.

It would be appreciated if you could pick up after them for the enjoyment of the next visitors.

NEED TO KNOW

Please note that Sandy Point does not have a linen service. All bedding is provided, however guests need to bring their own towels and bed linen (sheets, doona covers and pillow cases).
